Zip
Zip is a 28 year old gelding who came to the sanctuary after being passed around several homes. He is a smart, quiet boy who even graduated college at the University of Findlay!
Zip's favorite thing is spending time with his pasture maters and rolling around in the dirt.
Resident Animals
Miller
Miller is a 28 year old dwarf pony with a previous leg injury that causes him to walk a bit crooked. This injury was likely not properly addressed causing his hock to fuse. The good news is his injury no longer causes him pain and he is still able to explore his pasture.
Miller's favorite activity is treats and any form of attention!
Pebbles
Pebbles is a 7 year old pot belly pig who came to us when her owner was no longer able to care for her. She is a very affectionate girl who is enjoying sanctuary life and making friends in the pasture.
Pebbles favorite thing is belly rubs and bananas!
Junie
Junie is Nigerian dwarf cross goat. Since this is a milking breed, wethers are the byproduct of this industry often holding the fate of being sent to the meat market.
Junie's favorite thing is chasing his brother Allan around the pasture!
Allan
Allan is a Nigerian dwarf cross goat that came to the sanctuary with his brother, Junie. Allan is incredibly curious and loves to explore his pasture and interact with new people.
Allan's favorite thing is being held and pet between his horns!
Daisy
Daisy is a Nigerian dwarf goat and also the mother of Allan and Junie. She came to us a month after the boys and we are thrilled to be able to keep this family together and allow their bond to grow.
Daisy's favorite thing is snuggling with her kids!
Karen
Karen is a 3 year old pot belly pig who was originally seized in a neglect case before she came to the sanctuary. She is a busy, happy pig who enjoys rooting and being around people.
Karen's favorite thing scratches and behind the ear rubs!
Milo
Milo is a 6 year old pot bellied pig who came to the sanctuary when his family was no longer able to care for him. He is an incredibly smart, sweet and sensitive boy who spends much of his days wandering his green pasture and hanging out with his goat friends.
Milo's favorite thing is a three way tie between watermelon, belly rubs and sunbathing!
Albert
Albert is a 7 year old Nigerian dwarf goat who came to the sanctuary after being rescued from neglectful circumstances. Albert spends his days following Daisy around the pasture and greeting any person for a head scratch tax that walks through.
Alberts favorite thing is Daisy.
Chloe
Chloe is a 6 year old Nubian goat who came to the sanctuary with severely overgrown hooves on all 4 feet. Chloe was not able to walk on her hooves upon coming to the sanctuary and was forced to walk on her knees. After months of frequent and gradual hoof trims, Chloe is thriving and getting around much better.
Chloe's favorite activity is sunbathing on the trampoline.
Prim
Prim's age is unknown. She came to the sanctuary from a local farmer who surrendered her when she was no longer able to breed. Much to our surprise, Prim gave birth three months after we took her in to our miracle baby - Daphne.
Prim is an affectionate goat who loves any kind of attention and will stand for chin scratches as long as someone is willing.
Prim's favorite thing is her baby, Daphne.
Daphne
Daphne was born in March of 2025 as a surprise to us as we had took in her mother, Prim, because she could no longer have babies according to her previous home.
Daphne is a spunky teenager who enjoys getting into trouble and socializing with the other goats in her pasture.
Daphne's favorite activity is laying beside her mom on spools to catch some sun rays.
